hmmm, damaged vs. wounded
Had dinner with the Landry and J. My foundation. Damaged, vs. wounded... still a toss up. One implies permanance. The other implies the possibility of returning to normal with just a scar or two. Scars are cool and all... but I wonder if it's wishful thinking to assume I will come out with just that - or less. I think its deeper. The girls disagree.

to be fair, neither of those words speaks to the extent of the harm. they only indcate that harm has been done.
in the world, i would never expect that you would give over that kind of power, to alter how you move around the world, to anyone.
Let alone someone who isn't worthy of the power to open his garage door.
Wounds heal and damage can be repaired.
Unless it's water damage. Then your fucked. Kinda like my washroom right now and the two inches of aqua my washer dumped in it last night.
permanent change does not equal permanent damage. you'll be fine. you've got your girls.
